1 · Shape
Choose the shape you want for your hat. The shape sets the crown height, how stiff the front is and the style of the visor. The drawing and the base price update as you pick. Not seeing yours? Choose Other and describe it.
2 · Fabric
Choose the fabric for each part of your hat. First pick the fabric for the crown, the part around your head. Then, if you want, pick a different fabric for the top brim and the under brim. The fabric sets the feel, durability and look, and some fabrics add a small cost per hat. Not seeing yours? Choose Other and describe it.
Your crown is set to sublimation, so you do not need to pick a fabric for it. To change this, go to the Patterns and sublimation box in step 5 (Details).
Choose the fabric for each of these parts the same way as the crown, then its color. They match the crown unless you change them, and the cap preview and mockup update right away. Each premium fabric adds its cost once, even if you use it on several parts.
3 · Embellishments
Add logos, patches or special finishes to your hat. An embellishment is anything added to the cap, like embroidery, printing or patches.
Step 1: tap the part of the cap where you want an embellishment. Step 2: choose the type, set the size and upload the logo for it. Tap the same part again to add more than one.
Choose the support that goes behind the front panels so the front keeps its shape. Included in the price.
4 · Closure
Choose how the hat adjusts in the back. The closure decides how the hat is sized to the head and what hardware or strap goes on the back. Pick the example that looks closest to what you want.

5 · Details
Choose your colors. Pick the colors for each part of the cap and watch the preview change.
The inside of the crown always matches your crown color. The inside front 2 panels follow it unless you pick a different color for them.
Updates as you choose colors, add your logo and change options. Drag a logo to move it, or drag its orange corner square to resize it (double-click a logo to reset its position).
Note: This mockup is only an idea, not the exact look of your cap. With your final estimate and final mockup, we add realistic AI-generated images so you can see how your cap will really look.
6 · Logos & artwork
Upload the logos and artwork for your design. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are preferred, PNG also works. Each embellishment can also have its own logo in step 3.
Vector files preferred. Upload high-definition vector logos (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) when you can. PNG files are also accepted: please use the highest resolution you have, with a transparent background. Low-resolution images may delay or change your order.

7 · Quantity
How many hats do you need? Once your design is ready, set the quantity (minimum 55, in steps of 5). The price per hat and the total update as you go.

8 · Your info
Tell us who you are so we can prepare your quote. We use this to send your mockup for review. Nothing goes to production until you approve the final mockup in writing.
