The price updates as you choose. Tax is 11.5% on caps, and shipping is shown separately.

Send your request

Email the quote to us and attach your logos. Vector files are preferred, PNG also works.

Approve the mockup

We send the final mockup and invoice for your review. Nothing is made until you approve in writing.

We review

We check your artwork and options, then send back a final mockup and invoice with the same quote number.

Approve or request changes

To approve, reply to our email with “I approve mockup” and your quote number, or sign the approval block and send it back. For changes, tell us the view and the part. We send a new version (Rev B, Rev C) until you approve.

50% deposit

Once you approve, pay a 50% deposit by card, PayPal, Venmo or ATH Móvil. The balance is due before shipping.

Production

Production takes 45 to 60 days after we receive the deposit and your design is confirmed.

Balance and shipping

You pay the remaining balance and we ship your order. Shipping is $2.25 per cap and includes tariffs.

Every design draft and mockup is for review only. Production starts after we receive your final written approval.

What is the minimum order?

55 caps, then in steps of 5 (60, 65, 70 and so on).

Is the price in the tool final?

It is an estimate. Final pricing depends on your artwork, stitch count and lead time, and we confirm it with you before production.

What file types do you accept for logos?

Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) work best. PNG is also accepted: use the highest resolution you have, with a transparent background.

How do I send my logos?

The quote tool prepares your request and opens an email to us. Attach your logo files to that email before you send it.

How do I approve my mockup?

Reply to our email with “I approve mockup” and your quote number, or sign the approval block on the invoice and send it back. Nothing goes to production until we have your approval in writing.

What if I want changes?

Tell us which view and which part to change. We send a revised mockup and invoice (Rev B, Rev C) until you are happy with it. Changes after approval can change the price and delivery date.

How much is the deposit and how do I pay?

The deposit is 50% of the order, due after you approve the final mockup. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Venmo or ATH Móvil. The balance is due before shipping.

How long does production take?

45 to 60 days after we receive the deposit and your design is confirmed.

Can I use different fabrics on different parts?

Yes. Pick the fabric for the crown, the part around the head, and then a different fabric for the top brim and the under brim if you want. Denim comes in 22 colors, and you can use them on other parts of the cap too. Each premium fabric adds its cost once, even if you use it on several parts.

What is included in shipping?

Shipping is $2.25 per cap and includes tariffs. Tax of 11.5% applies to the caps only, not to shipping.

Can I save my designs?

Yes. Designs you save stay in your own browser on the device you used, and you can export them to a file to keep a copy.
